Hi Ruthann, I just wanted to let you know that the flowers arrived on time and were spectacular. We received many compliments about the uniqueness of the calla lillies as opposed to roses usually seen in weddings. Kristen's bouquet was outstanding, unusual and beautiful. I went into the Bedford Euless location today and told them i needed a $20-25 arrangement for a new baby boy. i wanted to pick the type of flowers myself, and asked if i could go back and look at their flowers. After several warnings for my safety, they let me go back and view the flowers. I am very thankful they took the time to show me around and pick out the flowers for my arrangement. The arrangement turned out lovely, i am very pleased. They were nice and fast, which is why i continue to get my flowers from them . They are the example of what customer service should be like. My mother said it is the "most beautiful fall arrangement she has ever seen." Yesterday would have been my parents' 64th wedding anniversary.
